Mission: |
Our mission is to have strong and mature Christians placed with new members of the Israel Baptist Church for eight to ten weeks, with hope of making new members feel and become part of the Christian family and Israel family with hope of closing the backdoor. Mature Barnabas Christian partners provide Spiritual guidance through encouraging new members to attend their assigned classes and Bible Study, as well as, attend regular Sunday Worship services. |
| Purpose: |
"Our purpose as a Barnabas is to be an aid to new converts (ACTS 9:26-28). We are to provide spiritual guidance as a Barnabas partner. We are to assist new converts in their work with Christ in anyway possible, so that we will become effective disciples to the glory of God" (Acts 9) |
| Vision: |
Our vision is to first honor God in all that we do, support our Pastor in all ways, uplift the new converts in their walk with Christ, and support our Church Ministries. In addition, we will decrease the lost new members by 100% by closing the backdoor. |
