- To encourage the hearts of the saved and unsaved men to grow and experience God for themselves
- To become better Christian men in the eyes of God, Church, family and community

| Purpose: |
To bring together the saved men of Israel Baptist Church and the unsaved men in the surrounding communities fellowship, bible study, and workshops, that will enlighten and encourage men to act as leaders in our Church, their families and communities
|
| Vision: |
Each man of Israel Baptist Church family will be spiritually empowered to move to their rightful alignment with God to lead the Church, their family and their community through evangelism, education, and empowerment.
